Our first presentation at the African Community Center of Lowell was held virtually via Zoom. I presented on the topic of Retirement, covering a variety of sub-topics, including the importance of retirement, employer-sponsored retirement plans, individual retirement accounts, and social security. I also covered some other essential financial topics, such as inflation, compound interest, and risk and return, in order to give background knowledge into some of the key parts of retirement.
The crowd consisted of adults, and the session itself was very lively, with the crowd being heavily engaged. Lots of great questions were asked, indicating an audience committed to learning. It was great presenting to the African Community Center of Lowell, and we're looking forward to helping out the community more. Thank you to the ACCL for allowing us to present.
